Reinvesting into the Resort and Community:
We intend to grow industrial hemp for our own use and exportation, produce open-sourced free energy devices to distribute at no cost, along with other technologies.

We will produce our own dairy products, soaps and lotions, hemp and bamboo clothing, and are constantly researching the best automated technology to make this a reality. We are also very eco-conscious and will conserve and protect the rain forest, jungle and animal habitats. 

The following is a broad estimation of costs, $30,000,000.00 (30 Million USD) and is by no means an all-inclusive list, available upon request. This estimate is subject to change due to the utilization of 3D printers for building/printing most facilities and many furnishings, as well as the Partnerships we will establish with companies like: 3D Printer manufacturers, d-shape printer, SubZero, Wolf, Kohler, Samsung, and many others who are open to our World Changing endeavor.
